2008 Qualifying, Provisionals & Championship Rules

• FSReal-Racing servers Will Be Open Sunday & Monday For Qualifying Sessions. Qualifying Sessions Every Night Start At 8pm EST and finishing around 10pm EST. Qualifying Practice Sunday morning from 930am to 12noon EST. 1 Late Night Qualifying Session after the Practice Race around 1145pm EST. 20 minutes of practice followed by the Qualifying Attempt equals 1 Session. You can practice as much as you want on either server but if you're NOT ready to use your ATTEMPT, EXIT the server before it goes to Qualifying. When it goes to Qualifying/Happy Hour, every driver in either server MUST stay connected until their Qualifying Attempt is completed. Penalty for Disconnection after it goes to Qualifying/Happy Hour will include loss of Qualifying Attempt & NO SPEED to be posted for Qualifying Attempt made (N/A). Please check Qualifying "Results & Attempts" posted daily at www.fsrealracing.com Every driver is responsible to keep track of their individual Qualifying Attempts. Monthly web site subscription Fee $25(usd) or monthly web site subscription PLUS Car Number $30(usd). 1 Additional Qualifying attempt may be made for $10 web site donation. Monthly web subscription($25 or $30) sponsored drivers or Driver/Owners get their 1 mandatory qualifying attempt included.
• 1 Qualifying Attempt Mandatory Per Week/ Event / Per Driver - "BUY IN" Program Allows Up To 1 Additional Attempt - See Below For Details.
• BUY IN Program - Drivers will be able to BUY IN one EXTRA Qualifying Attempt every week if they choose to do so, using this as a second attempt or as a provisional start, this will get the driver into the lowest series even if no qualifying speed is posted. Drivers will be listed as 000.000 mph and will have to take a Provisional Start, No Qualifying for their Series Events, starting from the back of the field...This extra attempt will cost $10.00 US web site donation. Every driver choosing to utilize this program must be donated in full before they will receive a password for their series event......Failure to do so will negate your privileges to race at FSReal-Racing until donations are paid. The "Provisional Start" part of this program must not be ABUSED and drivers may only use it under extreme circumstances to race in a Series Event.
• One automatic provisional each week goes to Mike Baker(Mike-Baker) in the Cup Division & Cathy Baker(Aceman01) in the Truck Division(These two drivers may put up Qualifying Speeds for thier respected race). Admin may add one driver but must be extreme circumstances.
• Provisional Points will be granted to each driver 5 times a season, 2 for the first half of racing & 3 for the second half of the racing season. They DO NOT carry over if you don't use them. As a driver, if you Qualify during the week but can't make the race, you can take Provisional Points for the Division you Qualified in. The points you receive will be determined by the amount of drivers in the field for the race. Example: 25 drivers Qualify for the Cup Division, 25 drivers show the day of the race you would receive 26th place points. If you haven't Qualified at all during the week and you elect to take Provisional Points because you can't make it that week to Qualify, you will be placed at the bottom of the Qualifying list and will take Provisional Points for THAT series. Each driver MUST email me( administrator@fsrealracing.com ) stating he would like to take his/her Provisional Points before their weekly series event. If a driver starts in a lower Series and transfers up(TOP 5 finish) to a higher series, that driver can still use their provisional points for the race they transfered up to but can not make. Again, they must email ( administrator@fsrealracing.com ) asking for their provisional points.
• TOP 16 Drivers First Half Will Get 1 Automatic Qualifying Pass(AQP) Second Half Season. The Automatic Pass Will Get Them Into The Cup Series No Matter What Speed They Posted(If the driver post a Qualifying Speed during the week he will be able to Qualify during Cup Series Race) AND Even If They Haven't Posted A Speed At All(If NO Qualifying Speed Is Posted the driver will NOT be able to Qualify during Cup Series Race). Top 16 Drivers Second Half Will Get Their AQP First Half Season Following Year. Champion For The Year Will Receive An Additional Qualifying Pass For Each Half Season Giving The Driver 2 Qualifying Passes First Half Season & Depending How They Finish First Half Season 1-2 Qualifying Passes Second Half Season. Each driver MUST email me( administrator@fsrealracing.com ) stating he would like to take his Automatic Qualifying Pass by Tuesday 9am EST the week of the race. In Order To Compete For The CUP SERIES Championship Race The TOP 16 Drivers MUST Qualify & Compete in the series they Qualify for In 80% Of FSReal-Racing Main Events. If a driver makes the TOP 16 In Both Half Seasons The 80% Rule WILL NOT Be In Effect. The FIRST HALF Transfer driver will be included in this rule. Any driver BANNED/QUITS from FSReal-Racing for any reason during the season will NOT be allowed to race in ANY Championship Races that season. If for any reason a driver is banned in the OFF Season, they will not compete for any Championship the upcoming season.

• After Each Half Season We Will Run A TRANSFER Race To ADD One Extra Driver To The Season Ending 100%Cup Series Championship Race. Eligibility For This Race Will Be 17th thru 46th in Points plus Admin approval within the Cup Series Division. Race Percentage will be 50%. This race will be broadcast by FSRtv. The WINNER of each Half Season Qualifying Race will advance to the 2008 Cup Series 100% Championship Race broadcast by FSRtv to determine the Cup Series Champion. To be eligible for the SECOND HALF SEASON Transfer Race you can NOT be listed as a TOP 16 in Cup Series Points in the FIRST HALF SEASON or The First Half Season Transfer Winner.

• If you Qualify for an event PLEASE race in it, be respectful of your fellow competitors. If you simply can not show up the day of the Main Events PLEASE notify ( administrator@fsrealracing.com ) 12 hours before the main event. Repeated misuse of this rule will bring a suspension OR ban from FSReal-Racing. Be a competitor.....OR be a spectator (FSRtv). We'll see you on the track!

• If you use more then one DRIVER ID on Race Servers and Qualify or RACE using Both ID's OR Use A Driver ID That Is NOT YOU, either through RaceServers or the Player Info Section Of The Game - You Will Be Automatically Suspended OR Banned from FSReal-Racing !

**ALL DRIVERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO TURN IN 1 QUALIFYING ATTEMPT PER WEEK. No driver at any time will ABUSE the system to stay in a lower division OR to turn in their 1 Attempt.....This is to include Qualifying as well as the Penalty System. If your Qualifying Speed for any Series Race exceeds your Weekly Qualifying Speed by MORE THAN 1 mph you will be PENALIZED....You will NOT be allowed to get into your car until after the field leaves the Pit Road area. After the leader takes the S/F line for the first lap the Race Officials will let you go. Cup Series Qualifiers are exempt for Cup Series Only. AQP drivers with NO QUALIFYING Attempts will take a Provisional Start. AQP drivers with a posted Qualifying speed will also be exempt. Penalties for ABUSING this system may include suspension or expulsion from FSReal-Racing**

** Handicap System In Place For The Truck Series - Any Driver Deemed More Experienced By The FSReal-Racing Administrator Will Be Handicapped At The Beggining Of The Truck Series Event. A 1-2 Lap Penalty(Depending On Track Size) Will Be Placed On Certain Drivers And These Drivers WILL NOT Be Allowed To Qualify And Must Start From The Back Of The Field. The Handicapped Drivers Will Not Be Eligible For The "Lucky Dog" Lap Back **

** When two or more drivers post EXACT SPEEDS in Qualifying the Tie Breaker will be the driver posting a 2nd attempt OR the driver listed highest in points in the highest series. **

** RULE: NO BURNOUTS DURING PRACTICE, QUALIFYING, WARM UP or RACE. **Winner Of Race May Do His BURNOUT @ Start/Finish Line** TIP: All Drivers Will Qualify using 2005 - All Drivers will Qualify using the SSW_COT MOD TIP: All drivers are welcome to come and practice laps with us, even if you're not Qualifying. If you are NOT going to Qualify, please leave the server 2 minutes before it goes to Qualifying & Happy Hour. TIP: All Qualifying Sessions are 10-20 minutes of practice followed by the actual Qualifying attempt. RANDOM ORDER, all "LIVE" Qualifying will take place in HAPPY HOUR. Qualify Officials will give the "CLEARED TO QUALIFY" order when the Qualifying driver STOPS at the end of Pit Road. NO BURNOUTS or REVVING ENGINES BEFORE LEAVING PIT ROAD EXIT. TIP: All Qualifying Sessions Will Have REALISTIC DAMAGE Turned ON TIP: Each Driver Participating In ANY FSReal-Racing Events Will Receive 1 "LIVE" Qualifying Attempt Per Week. Check to see where you stand at the web site www.fsrealracing.com , qualifying times will be posted daily. TIP: Drivers may NOT disconnect & reconnect right before Qualifying. Every driver in any FSR server MUST stay connected. Penalty for such actions will include loss of Qualifying Attempt N/A. **

PIT ROAD ENTRANCE/EXIT VIOLATION - PRACTICE/SERIES RACES - There is NO leeway from your computer......If Pit Road is 55mph, that means you must be at or below 55mph on YOUR machine. If you show up between 56mph AND 60mph I will ask for your REPLAY CLIP to check YOUR SPEED at the line, No Replay Clip from a driver will result in an automatic penalty......Anything over 60mph will be an automatic SERIES penalty if it is not called out by the driver at the time of the infraction. NO QUALIFYING during your Series Event along with staying OUT of your car when the field leaves Pit Road is the Penalty. Also, any driver caught twice in a month NOT calling out their number for a Pit Entrance/Exit Violation will receive a 1 week suspension from Series Competition. The 3rd time will be a 2 week suspension from Series Competition. Any 4th Violation will bring a 4 week suspension from Series Competition. You will still be able to Practice Race with us but NO QUALIFYING along with NO SERIES EVENTS during the Penalty Period.

* Drivers that show as DISCO, RETIRED or RUNNING without being told to PARK IT by an Official will ONLY receive 1/2 Individual & Team Points (Posted July 31st, 2008 - 3pm EST)
